A basic Nokia, unsightly, black and white screen and no technology to phone and send messages, ‘and at the same time is the most wanted criminals. Currently, mobile operators in Chile include: Movistar (Telefonica Branch ‘which it acquired from Bellsouth), Entel PCS and Claro (which has been owned by Chilesat, LEAP Wireless Endesa and Spain – under the name Smartcom PCS – and currently owned by America Movil).
